For an international driven IT company that provides B2B software, we are looking for enthusiastic interns willing to reinforce their sales operations. Their sales operations are completely remote thus working independent and self-initiative is very much appreciated. Thanks to the interns help the company can lay their focus on their own business development. The intern will be responsible to find the most appropriate target group for selling.

Tasks include

Realizing the company’s goal by yielding 20 customers within the next 6 months.
Being able to instruct new employees with the knowledge you acquire after 3 months.
Generate appointments with net new customers (no cold calling).
Be on the frontline by communicating between the CEO and the customers.
Be proficient using LinkedIn since messaging and follow-ups will happen through this media.
Have the mindset to improve and generate ideas. The company is a startup, therefore creative minds are highly appreciated.
Be flexible, depending on your skills you may be involved in areas such as blog writing, social media management, website creation, closing deals (sales), video editing.

Offered

Your salary has 3 components: fixed, bonus and loyalty bonus.Offered: €1000 on target earnings for a 20-25 hours half-time job.
The exact bonus you earn will depend on the total number of monthly appointments with target persons that you manage to set up. The company offers you a loyalty bonus that they pay every three months. The better you perform and the longer you stay the more your loyalty payout grows.In the first year, you can realistically earn €3000

Skills required

Native in German and excellent business English.
Is familiar in leadership position (disregarding in what area).
Taking initiative and working independently.
Willing to grow professionally and personally.
Great communicator with interest in improving understanding and influence people.
Has more than a year of experience within IT sales organization or technology startup environment.
