Recruiting (60%) Recruitment and onboarding 

• Uploading job posting and searching for potential candidates through our internal and external career sites.
• Use of social media (Linkedin, Facebook; etc) and university career services as additional tools for job postings.
• Career site management (Recruitee).
• Contacting and scheduling potential candidates for interviews.
• Support logistics of onboarding procedure: organise and categorise employee documentation.

Administrative (40%)

• Managing employee files and records.
• Update HR database: Manage and control People HR software.

• 200 USD monthly compensation.

• Currently a student in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or related fields.

• Strong written and communication skills: ○ English (Advanced) ○ Spanish is a plus.
• You are available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months.
